Sonar is seeking a Senior Recruiter based in the Bay Area to own full-cycle recruitment across technical, GTM and G&A roles, including the newly acquired Gitar team. You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders globally to attract and close exceptional talent while scaling the function for rapid growth.

You’ll be a hands-on hunter with strong selling skills, comfortable managing high volumes and driving recruiting strategy across engineering and business units, including

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines from scratch and scale quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and executives.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or newly acquired teams is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the Bay Area and US engineering and GTM markets.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical, GTM, and G&A roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to design hiring strategies aligned to priorities.
• Lead technical hiring for the acquired Gitar team and enable smooth integration.
• Act as a proactive hunter, sourcing and closing passive candidates.
• Scale recruiting operations and optimize workflows for high volume.
