Opsedge is seeking a hands-on Senior Recruiter to partner with founders and leaders in building a world-class engineering and GTM team in San Francisco. You will own sourcing, outreach, and pipeline building for priority roles, run structured interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers on scorecards and closing strategies.

You will maintain high-signal recruiting analytics, participate in the interview process, and support a hybrid in-office schedule with collaboration days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical recruiting at high-growth startups or agencies.
• Proven ability to close senior IC and manager-level candidates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
