Employer.com is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to hire Sales Engineers and Solutions Engineers who bridge product and sales. This contract, remote role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for technical pre‑sales positions.

You’ll source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, assess technical depth, and collaborate with sales leaders on interview loops while keeping the ATS moving and providing weekly progress updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting, including Sales Engineers and technical pre-sales roles.
• Background in tech recruiting and GTM/sales hiring.
• Comfort with SaaS, APIs, integrations and cloud technologies.
• Experience at a SaaS company or agency serving one.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to move fast in high-volume searches.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineering and Solutions Engineering roles from intake to offer.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels with effective outreach.
• Screen for technical depth and customer-facing skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and sales leaders on calibration and interview loops.
• Maintain ATS pipeline and report weekly progress.
