Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs from concept through launch, aligning engineering, product, and business teams around shared goals. You will build clear program plans, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.

We value strong technical knowledge, thoughtful communication, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of applicable experience managing complex technical programs.
2+ years’ specialized or industry experience.
Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or application development.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical program delivery, from concept through launch.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, and measures of success.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate technical discussions, clarify decisions, and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
Track program progress, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommended actions to stakeholders at all levels.
Improve program management practices, delivery processes, and collaboration across teams.
