Job summary

Epicor seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs from concept through launch, aligning engineering, product, and business teams around shared goals. You will build clear program plans, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, thoughtful communication, and the ability to influence across teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and continuously improve program management

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ applicable experience managing complex technical programs.
• 2+ years’ specialized or industry experience.
• Strong background in software development, cloud engineering/architecture, or application development.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to facilitate discussions and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and foster collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery from concept to launch.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate technical discussions and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Track progress, identify issues, and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and actions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Improve program management practices, delivery processes, and collaboration across teams.
