Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs from concept through launch, aligning engineering, product, and business teams around shared goals. You will build clear program plans, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.

You will influence across teams with strong communication, apply Agile or Scrum practices, and drive delivery improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years’ applicable experience managing complex technical programs.
Strong background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, or application development.
Experience managing multiple programs with Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and collaborate.
Bachelor of Science in computer science or related discipline (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical program delivery from concept through launch.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success measures.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
Facilitate technical discussions and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
Track progress, identify issues, and proactively resolve risks and blockers.
Communicate status, risks, decisions, and actions to stakeholders at all levels.
Improve program management practices and collaboration across teams.
