Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs from concept through launch, aligning engineering, product, and business teams around shared goals. You will build clear plans, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.

Requirements include 5+ years in technical programs, strong background in software development or cloud architecture, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' applicable experience managing complex technical programs.
• 2+ years' specialized or industry experience.
• Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or application development.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other PM methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to facilitate discussions and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery from concept through launch.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and measures of success with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate technical discussions and build alignment across teams.
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and actions to stakeholders at all levels.
