Epicor is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs from concept through launch, coordinating engineering, product, and business teams toward shared goals. Build clear plans, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders informed as delivery progresses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' applicable experience managing complex technical programs.
• 2+ years' specialized or industry experience.
• Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or application development.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs simultaneously using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery, from concept through launch.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success measures.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate technical discussions, clarify decisions, and build cross-functional alignment.
• Track program progress, identify issues, and proactively resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and actions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Improve program management practices and collaboration across teams.
