Job summary

Epicor seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs from concept through launch. You will align engineering, product, and business teams around shared goals, building clear plans, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Applicants should have 5+ years of program management experience, a strong technical background, and proven ability to influence without direct authority. Bachelor’s in CS or related field required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ applicable experience managing complex technical programs.
• 2+ years’ specialized or industry experience in related field.
• Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering/architecture, or application development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or other PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery from concept to launch.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success measures.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate technical discussions and build cross-functional alignment.
• Track progress, resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Improve program management practices and collaboration across teams.
