Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology portfolio and governance framework. You will partner with Demand Management to align priorities, translate needs into actionable requirements, and drive delivery across enterprise platforms with cross-functional teams.

You will establish a multi-horizon roadmap, overseeClient Zero initiatives, and measure value realization while aligning investments with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap connecting business priorities and value realization
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives through enterprise-scale implementations
• Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs and translating business needs into actionable requirements
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies is preferred
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, and release management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, and cost
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, feasibility, risk, and architectural fit
• Establish product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, and escalation paths
• Create forums connecting strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery, and value realization
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, and realized value for scaling or consolidation
• Align leaders, users, product managers, and delivery partners on outcomes and priorities
• Partner with Demand Management to assess ideas, enhancements, and modernization opportunities
• Translate validated needs into business cases, processes, requirements, and user stories
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, testing, and post-launch reviews
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition to enterprise-scale adoption
• Evaluate emerging capabilities like generative AI and automation for experiments
• Manage an innovation pipeline from discovery to measurement
