EY seeks a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help shape a product-led talent technology organization, aligning strategy, governance, and delivery across enterprise programs.

You will partner with demand management, translate needs into actionable requirements, drive governance forums, and lead Client Zero initiatives to scale impact while balancing value, risk, and feasibility.

Competenze

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Proven success establishing or materially maturing a product organization, including governance and operating rhythms.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap connected to priorities, funding and value.
• Experience leading Client Zero, internal-first or incubation initiatives through enterprise-scale delivery.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating needs into implementable requirements, coordinating delivery.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies, e.g. ServiceNow, employee portals, workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, and value.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, cost, risk, and architectural fit.
• Establish product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership and escalation paths.
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, cost, risk, and realized value; advocate scaling or retirement as needed.
• Align Talent leaders, users, PMs, technical teams, vendors, and partners on outcomes and commitments.
• Partner with Demand Management to refine ideas and translate needs into business cases and requirements.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, and launch readiness.
