  • Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, technical debt, risk, cost, and value.
  • Prepare decision-ready recommendations that balance user value, strategic alignment, feasibility, effort, cost, risk, architectural fit, and expected outcomes.
  • Implement practical product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, documentation, escalation paths, and decision rights across the portfolio.
  • Establish forums that connect strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery, risk, and value realization with clear criteria and accountable decisions.
  • Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, efficiency, cost, risk, and realized value and use evidence to recommend scaling, consolidation, or retirement decisions.
  • Align Talent leaders, users, product managers, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners on outcomes, requirements, constraints, quality expectations, and commitments.
