Job summary

EY seeks a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help establish a product-led Talent technology organization. You will shape governance, investment strategy, and a multi-year roadmap, aligning strategy with delivery capacity and measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner with Demand Management and leadership to translate business needs into decisions, roadmaps, and accountable execution, including Client Zero initiatives aimed at enterprise-scale impact.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Proven success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap aligning priorities, funding, and value.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, and value.
• Lead Client Zero talent technology initiatives from use-case definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
• Establish product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, and decision rights.
