Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology organization. You will govern the portfolio, define multi-horizon roadmaps, and lead Client Zero initiatives, aligning strategy with delivery and value realization across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology
• Proven success maturing a product organization with governance and ownership
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap
• Experience leading Client Zero initiatives through enterprise scale
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs across cross-functional teams
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Strong analytical and financial judgment with a relevant degree

Responsibilities

• Define talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap
• Maintain integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk, cost and value
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, strategic fit, feasibility, cost and risk
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership and escalation paths
• Lead Client Zero talent technology initiatives from use-case definition to enterprise scale
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, testing and post-launch reviews with Enterprise Technology and delivery partners
