You will help maintain brand standards, develop client-facing materials, and assist business development while collaborating with engineers and staff. The role covers content creation for newsletters, social media, and websites, plus design and template updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, journalism, English, graphic design, or PR.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Word and PowerPoint (MS Office).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and coordinate proposals, SOQs, and other business development materials (RFP/RFQ tracking).
• Maintain marketing materials like project sheets and promotional documents.
• Coordinate sponsorships, conferences, and trade shows.
• Manage branded merchandise and annual publications.
• Produce company newsletter and internal communications.
• Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram content.
• Create content with engineers to highlight projects and culture.
• Track marketing metrics and refine branding standards.
• Design marketing pieces, presentations, and digital content.
• Update templates for reports, resumes, newsletters, and other documents.
• Record, edit, and publish short videos for marketing.
