Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or proposal experience in a professional services firm.
• Proven experience managing proposals and qualifications packages from solicitation through submission.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Proposal/Presentation Development – develop proposals, qualifications, and presentation materials for RFQs/RFPs.
• Support for Marketing Materials – maintain/update materials including resumes, client references, and testimonials.
• Website & Social Media Maintenance – manage and create content for the firm’s online platforms.
• CRM Management – maintain CRM database and generate reports.
• Advertisements – assist in developing ads for events and publications.
• Business Development – support initiatives and track leads for monthly meetings.
