Job summary

WRNS Studio is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support business development, pursuits, brand, communications, and marketing operations across the firm. This on-site role will coordinate complex proposal efforts, maintain brand materials, and help tell compelling project stories for WRNS’s five marketing pillars.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of marketing or communications experience in architecture or professional services, strong writing and organizational skills, and

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of marketing or communications experience in architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, or a professional services firm
• Experience producing proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, and marketing collateral
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with project databases, CRM platforms, digital asset management tools, or marketing systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support client-facing business development efforts through presentations, opportunity research, and strategic materials
• Produce proposals, qualifications packages, shortlist materials, and interview presentations to help WRNS win new projects
• Maintain project tearsheets, resumes, and firm collateral and ensure consistent visual communication across submissions
• Support award and conference submissions and develop thought leadership content and project storytelling
• Help maintain and improve marketing systems including Airtable, OpenAsset, and internal project databases
