Job summary

Huitt-Zollars is seeking a Marketing Specialist to translate complex engineering content into clear, brand-aligned marketing materials. You will develop write/edit brochures, project profiles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, coordinating with technical staff and leadership.

This hybrid, full-time role reports to the Marketing Communications Manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, plus 5–10 years of marketing experience in AEC or professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, public relations, graphic design, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of marketing or communications experience; experience in the AEC or professional services industry.
• Ability to write, edit, and translate technical information for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread marketing content for internal and external audiences.
• Interview technical professionals and leaders to develop articles, thought leadership, awards submissions, and presentations.
• Design and maintain brochures, qualifications materials, project profiles, case studies, and other collateral.
