Trustpilot, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the post-sales technical partner for our most complex customers.

You will manage onboarding, API integration, and ongoing technical support, bridging Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, reliability, and renewals. Ideal candidates will have SaaS/web tech experience, strong API knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management, implementation, or solution support in SaaS/web tech.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, and data formats (JSON/XML/REST).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, API integration, and configuration for customers.
• Serve as primary technical contact post-launch for performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and issues.
• Manage escalation paths and maintain technical documentation.
• Represent customer needs to Product/Engineering and drive improvements.
