Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship and communication with a key strategic customer.
• Manage open order reports, delivery schedules, customer updates, and issue resolution.
• Drive account growth by expanding programs, increasing wallet share, and converting RFQs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Estimating, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Identify risks early and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.
