Stripe is seeking a technically adept, client-facing Technical Account Manager to support our largest and most complex users. You will drive strategic conversations, design operational solutions, and partner with multiple Stripe teams to deliver value.

Qualifications include 5+ years in enterprise settings, API and SQL familiarity, and strong communication. This role offers hybrid or remote work options, with in-person collaboration when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of enterprise-level, client-facing experience.
• Strong product sense and enthusiasm for solving difficult user-related problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner.
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to Stripe’s largest and most technical customers.
• Familiarity with SQL and comfort building basic queries and modifying more complex ones.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort working with technical teams.
• Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to lead business and technical conversations with stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Provide a Gold Standard Experience to key stakeholders at your assigned accounts.
• Work with the broader Operations team to share context, resources, and knowledge
• Build long-term user relationships that increase loyalty to Stripe and its products.
• Work cross-functionally to provide and implement operational solutions across fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion.
• Partner with Account Management and other user-facing teams as part of a broader effort to support Stripe users.
• Lead user-facing meetings in person and by video.
• Contribute to the continued design of this support offering.
• Create user-facing content that provides long-term solutions.
