Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Crypto to own the technical relationship with Stripe's crypto-native customers. You will coordinate across Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to resolve complex issues and deliver value to high-growth accounts.

You'll translate customer needs into actionable feedback, develop runbooks, and lead quarterly reviews to drive success and scale Stripe's crypto offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks; able to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain basics, chains, wallets, on-chain workflows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production incidents with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic crypto accounts.
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response; communicate updates until resolution.
• Partner with GTM and other teams to deliver a coordinated customer experience.
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback and surface it to Product/Engineering.
• Develop and maintain account-specific runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics.
• Proactively review implementations to identify improvements and surface risks.
• Deliver regular business and technical reviews with customers and drive actions to closure.
• Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce friction and scale coverage.
