Job summary

Stripe is seeking a US-based leader to mentor, lead, and grow the Technical Account Management team, working with Stripe’s largest accounts and delivering cross-functional solutions at scale.

This role focuses on setting strategy, guiding teams, and driving data-driven prioritization to elevate service quality as the organization scales. Hybrid/remote options are available, with strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional services, customer success, solutions architecture, or TAM programs.
• 5+ years of people management experience, leading senior technical ICs.
• Experience with strategic accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with users and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TAM leadership to shape the strategy for Stripe’s largest segment.
• Lead a team of technical account managers serving Stripe’s largest users.
• Hire and retain top technical talent as the team scales.
• Guide the TAM organization to deliver excellent service experiences and grow services revenue.
• Ensure team members are happy, effective, and growing in their career.
• Set clear goals and provide regular feedback on performance.
• Analyze data from user feedback to drive efficiency and quality.
• Advocate for Stripe users internally.
• Contribute to organizational improvements through recruiting, training, or policy work.
