Axon in Florida is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own day-to-day relationships with a key customer, delivering best practices and technical guidance to meet operational goals using Axon products. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor in public safety environments.

This onsite role near Pinellas County requires 3+ years experience with large enterprise or government accounts, strong communication, project management, and deployment skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with major city, enterprise, or similarly complex customers.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and technical projects.
• Experience with project management and product deployment.

Responsibilities

• Master Axon technologies and products.
• Lead business and technical presentations for VP-level audiences.
• Prioritize and execute project tasks in a disciplined manner.
• Manage customer expectations and provide tier-2 technical support.
• Deliver customer training and support deployments.
