Job summary

Kontakt.io in New York is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to build our Engineering organization by identifying and engaging high-caliber software engineers.

You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineering leaders to understand needs, develop sourcing strategies, and build pipelines of engineers across frontend, backend, data, AI/ML and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience sourcing technical talent is required.
• Demonstrated success identifying and engaging highly sought-after passive Engineering candidates.
• Strong understanding of Engineering profiles and ability to evaluate candidates based on their technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and Engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and team needs.
• Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive Engineering candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and communities.
• Build targeted talent maps and pipelines for current and future Engineering hiring needs.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines in the ATS and track activity for continuous improvement.
