Mark43, a mission-driven R&D company serving public safety, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our People Team in New York City. This hybrid role focuses on sourcing and hiring for backend engineers, information security, product managers, and other technical leadership to fuel our AI-enabled software for first responders.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing, shape interview processes, and build a durable talent pipeline that scales with rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-growth software environment.
• Track record of hiring for technical roles such as software engineers, product managers, and information security specialists.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Lead searches for backend engineers and other technical roles to support AI-enabled features.
• Partner with engineering and product managers to calibrate candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Build long-term talent pipelines across key technical disciplines.
