ParetoHealth is seeking a strategic Talent Partner Consultant – Technical Recruiting to own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across Product, Analytics, and Engineering. You will partner with leadership to deliver top-tier talent that drives performance and scale in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years in talent acquisition.
• Minimum of 10 years recruiting technical teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities and strategic partnership.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and People strategy.

Responsibilities

• Advise Technical leadership on workforce planning, role design, and recruiting best practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technical roles with top candidate experience.
• Design scalable, role-specific recruitment plans for a fast-growing Tech organization.
• Adapt to shifting goals and evolving priorities while maintaining long-term talent outcomes.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for scaling.
• Engage top sales talent through targeted networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with high-performing candidates across the U.S.
• Promote ParetoHealth's employer brand to attract top talent.
• Use data to evaluate recruiting performance and report hiring metrics.
• Collaborate on cross-functional Talent and People initiatives.
