Job summary

ParetoHealth is hiring a Talent Business Partner to own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers across the business, build diverse candidate pipelines, and drive timely decisions in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. The role offers a hybrid work model and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth setting.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and coach managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for an assigned portfolio of roles across the business.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Develop diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing.
• Lead offer strategy, negotiations, and candidate closing with leadership support.
• Maintain timely, transparent communication with candidates and teams.
