Job summary

ParetoHealth in the United States seeks a strategic Talent Partner Consultant – Technical Recruiting to own end-to-end tech hiring and partner with leadership on talent strategy. The role requires building elite pipelines and delivering top-tier tech talent that scales with a fast-growing company.

You will recruit across Product, Analytics, and Engineering, operating autonomously in a dynamic environment while aligning hiring with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4 years of experience may substitute.
• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience; 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Proven success recruiting technical teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities and a strategic mindset.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR fundamentals.
• Track record delivering recruiting strategies and results in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Greenhouse, BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise Technical leadership on workforce planning, role design, and recruiting best practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technical roles with an emphasis on candidate experience.
• Design scalable, role-specific recruitment plans for a fast-growing Tech organization.
• Adapt to evolving goals, maintaining focus on long-term talent outcomes.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across the U.S.
• Identify and engage top sales talent through targeted networking and referrals.
• Promote ParetoHealth as an employer of choice for Tech professionals.
• Use data to evaluate recruiting performance and report hiring metrics.
• Collaborate on cross-functional Talent and People initiatives including DE&I.
