Job summary

Zocdoc seeks a Lead Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for senior ICs and leadership across software engineering, infrastructure, data, and product. You’ll partner with tech leaders to streamline interview loops, analyze funnel metrics, and drive fast, fair hires in a high-autonomy, remote environment. You’ll mentor peers, build inclusive pipelines, and tell data-driven hiring stories to the tech organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on in-house technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, data, security, product, or leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to optimize hiring funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles from IC to Director.
• Partner with engineering leaders to audit and optimize recruitment workflows.
• Use data to forecast hiring output and improve speed and quality.
• Mentor junior recruiters and raise team performance.
• Maintain diverse, inclusive pipelines and candidate experience.
