Zocdoc is seeking a Lead Sales Recruiter to support staffing for our growing Sales and GTM teams in New York City. You will identify, attract, and close top talent while delivering a highly personalized candidate experience.

In this fast-paced, data-driven role, you will own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closing, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and help shape an inclusive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end recruiting processes at all levels, including executive relationships.
• Up-to-date with market trends, recruiting tools and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with credibility with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple mediums.
• Metrics-driven mindset with data to improve hiring efficiency.
• Proficient with ATS and HR tech (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
• Commitment to building inclusive, diverse teams and humility in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales and GTM from sourcing to closing, across roles from Associate to Director.
• Monitor pipeline health and provide updates to partners, identify improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business and keep everyone informed on status and roadblocks.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and belonging.
