Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to support AWS infrastructure teams and drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with clients. The role emphasizes benchmarking, forecasting, and hitting SLAs while building strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will trust and influence stakeholders, manage candidates against tight timelines, and use metrics to show results in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with a deep understanding of ROI and expectations
• Recruit passive tech candidates and gauge chemistry for role fit and motivation
• Provides strategic guidance and becomes an advisor to business leaders in hiring by delivering results
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate technical and non-technical talent pools and calibrate job profiles with hiring managers
• Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies to contribute to long-range growth and fine-tune recruiting processes
• Articulate a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
• Interview candidates within the position framework
• Participate in special projects and initiatives, including assessment of interviewing practices and internal talent sources
