Amazon Seattle is seeking a Sr. Executive Recruiter for AWS Infrastructure Services to lead executive searches at Director/VP levels. You will build long‑term pipelines, partner with senior leaders on talent strategy, and drive informed hiring decisions to shape leadership and organizational capability.

This role requires deep market knowledge, strategic advisory skills, and a track record of navigating complex organizations, with a focus on delivering impact across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership
• 7+ years in corporate or search firm recruiting focused on passive engineering candidates in a high-tech market
• 7+ years recruiting for engineering, operations, and product management
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience building talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships
• Experience creating and scaling workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle executive search for Director and VP roles across AWS Infrastructure Services
• Build and maintain a long-term engaged pipeline across AMER, EMEA, APAC
• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies and ideal profiles
• Lead succession planning with market intelligence and competitor analysis
• Develop sourcing strategies across direct outreach, referrals, events, and executive search approaches
• Assess candidates on leadership, scope, scale, and cultural fit with Amazon Leadership Principles
• Deliver talent briefs and market insights to senior stakeholders in a concise, data-driven format
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation, and candidate engagement
• Coordinate with Coordinators and Researchers to optimize the recruiting lifecycle
• Contribute to improving specialty recruiting processes, tools, and frameworks
• Represent Amazon professionally in high-touch executive interactions
