Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to own senior technical hiring across multiple streams on the Global Specialty Recruiting team. You will partner with VP/Director-level managers to identify and close transformative technology leaders, shaping talent strategy and the candidate experience.

You will craft search strategies, build evergreen executive networks, and collaborate with compensation, ETM, and HRBPs to ensure holistic hiring.

Qualifications

5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership
7+ years of progressive recruitment in a high tech market
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
Experience managing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Partner with research to identify executive technology candidates for Amazon's tech agenda
Create robust search strategies to find senior technology leaders for right roles
Develop innovative ways to engage Director & VP-level talent in HR tech, people analytics, and enterprise systems
Share intelligence on technology sectors and talent pools to strengthen search quality
Build executive technology talent networks across enterprise software, HR tech, cloud, and adjacent sectors
Own stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance with hiring managers and teams
Manage end-to-end executive search engagements including market mapping, outreach, and closing
Conduct calls, screens, interviews and references to inform hiring decisions
Collaborate with ETM, compensation, and HRBPs for holistic hiring strategies
