Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to cultivate talent sourcing channels, build relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines, while shaping attraction strategies and benchmarking metrics. This role will partner with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate search, process improvement, and client leadership.

It can be based in Seattle, Nashville or Arlington.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate talent sourcing channels and develop relationships with hiring managers.
• Close searches against tight deadlines and meet customer SLAs.
• Lead talent attraction strategies and benchmarks/metrics; partner with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators.
