Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to cultivate talent sourcing channels, build relationships with hiring managers, and close searches on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a team of sourcers and coordinators to deliver high-quality candidates for critical roles.

You will lead talent attraction strategies, set benchmarks and metrics, and ensure service level agreements are met across assigned groups, including Seattle, Nashville and Arlington locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system / applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent attraction strategies and benchmarks for SLAs.
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners.
• Close searches against tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
