Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to build and manage talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and close searches on tight deadlines. You will shape talent attraction strategies and leverage benchmarks and metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.

You will work with a team including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, prioritizing customer SLAs and delivering high-quality service to internal clients. This role can be based in Seattle or other Amazon hubs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Responsibilities

• Cultivate talent sourcing channels and build robust pipelines
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners
• Close searches against tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Lead talent attraction strategies and benchmarks, metrics and SLAs
• Collaborate with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators on candidate search efforts
• Serve as client lead for assigned groups and deliver high-quality recruiting service
