Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or similar role in staffing or IT services.
• 2+ years using ATS, CMS or CRM systems.
• Proven success recruiting for sales roles within staffing or IT services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing.
• Ability to document processes and stay current on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract sales and recruiting talent in staffing and IT services.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and onboarding support.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Offer hiring strategy guidance and market insights to drive recruitment.
• Meet with stakeholders to align on hiring strategy and staffing plans.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure a world-class onboarding process.
