Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or similar role, sourcing IT/ Staffing candidates.
• Experience recruiting for sales within staffing or IT services.
• Proficient in ATS, CMS, or CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and job boards for sourcing.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract sales and recruiting talent within staffing and IT services.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and onboarding support.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Advise on hiring strategies and market trends to improve recruitment.
• Meet with stakeholders regularly to align hiring strategy with staffing plans.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure a world-class onboarding process.
