Anderson Recruiting + Consulting, Inc. in Nashville is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our hybrid team, working in office three days per week.

You will manage the full lifecycle for IT roles across multiple clients, source and screen top technical candidates, and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Bullhorn. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of agency IT staffing experience with a strong production history and the ability to recruit across multiple IT disciplines,

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT recruiting experience within a staffing agency.
• Proven record of recruiting production and successful placements.
• History of producing $10K-$25K+ in weekly gross profit is highly valued.
• Experience with multiple IT disciplines including application development, data, AI/ML, DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience using Bullhorn ATS is strongly preferred; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Ability to work from the Nashville office three days per week.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for IT positions across multiple clients.
• Source, screen, qualify, and present high-quality technical candidates.
• Recruit across application development, data, AI/ML, DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, and related technologies.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and Bullhorn.
• Partner with account managers to understand client requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Manage multiple open requirements while maintaining speed, accuracy, and candidate quality.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Accurately document recruiting activity and candidate progress in Bullhorn.
• Stay current on technical hiring trends, compensation, and candidate availability.
