Innovien Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Atlanta to support rapid growth across sales and IT staffing roles. You will source, vet, and onboard top candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will leverage LinkedIn and job boards, collaborate with HR, and provide market insights to shape hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role in staffing or IT services.
2+ years using ATS, CMS, or CRM systems.
Deep understanding of the staffing industry and sales recruitment success.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
Experience using LinkedIn and job boards for recruiting.
Ability to document processes and stay current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to source proven sales and recruiting talent in staffing and IT services.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, events, and industry networks.
Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future openings.
Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback.
Advise on hiring strategies with market insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders on hiring strategy and staffing plans.
Coordinate with HR to enable a world-class onboarding process.
