Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 as HRBP.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or high‑tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: Align HR strategies with business goals for senior leaders.
• Talent & Performance Management: Lead talent reviews and coaching on performance and career progression.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Manufacturing & High-Tech Focus: Support hourly and salaried workers in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Organizational Effectiveness & Change: Lead reorganizations and change initiatives.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor HRBP and HR Specialists and drive HR process improvements.
