Experience operating in an agile environment and using Jira.
Strong execution and problem-solving abilities with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support the Chief of Staff with communicating strategic priorities and tracking progress.
Create executive level updates and messaging tailored to the audience.
Identify obstacles and collaborate to develop solutions.
Improve cross-team messaging for critical updates including executive reporting.
Plan and execute senior-level meetings and strategic discussions.
Champion continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Proactively address issues with audiences across varying seniority levels.
