Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management leading complex tech projects.
• Lead/Senior experience in large agile environments.
• Proven stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Strong resource and budget management in fast-paced settings.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and metrics.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans across teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations and stakeholders.
• Use analytics to assess program performance and optimize.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies for multiple feature teams.
• Promote agile practices and continuous learning.
• Organize quarterly PI planning and track 90-day plan.
• Maintain project docs using Confluence and JIRA.
