The role collaborates with Finance, HR, Communications, and other teams to translate leadership priorities into measurable outcomes and ensure disciplined delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong business and financial acumen with strategic thinking, operation discipline, and executive communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical programs and complex technology projects.
• 5-7 years in Chief of Staff, business management, strategy, operations, or related leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, headcount, and planning experience.
• Exceptional executive communication including presentations and leadership content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Business Management to provide visibility into financial performance and resource use.
• Support workforce planning, governance, and talent priorities with HR and Finance.
• Establish and manage leadership operating rhythms and planning sessions.
• Drive running the business of technology with metrics and operational hygiene.
• Establish governance processes that promote accountability and timely decisions.
• Translate complex information into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
