You will own the product operating model, roadmaps, and governance while leading managers and UX designers to translate business outcomes into prioritized backlogs and coordinated delivery with Engineering.

Qualifications

Ten years of professional experience in product management and IT.
Leadership of product teams and hiring responsibilities.
Experience with enterprise digital products from discovery to delivery.
Familiarity with FAR, DCMA, CMMC, CUI, and export controls.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap standards and two- to three-year roadmaps for each product area.
Define and apply a prioritization framework to align with business outcomes.
Lead a cross-functional team of product managers and UX designers to deliver value.
Manage stakeholder relationships and business-case funding for product areas.
