Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX product management function across 30+ digital products.

You will own the operating model, roadmaps, prioritization, and governance while guiding product managers and UX designers to translate business outcomes into prioritized backlogs and ship capabilities that deliver measurable value across Federal and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading product managers or product teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Deep expertise in enterprise digital product management end to end: discovery, roadmap, backlog, delivery, value realization.
• Strong knowledge of software design & Agile methods; partnering with Engineering on design and sequencing.
• Proven ownership of a portfolio of products across multiple areas, including operating model governance.
• Experience with AWS, hybrid cloud and on-premise deployment models; enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce; Palantir Foundry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap standard across DSCX; ensure consistency and comparability across teams.
• Define 2–3 year roadmaps and NorthStar vision for each product area.
• Define prioritization framework (e.g., RICE) and apply consistently.
• Drive feature development one to two quarters ahead in partnership with Engineering.
• Define KPIs, OKRs and run portfolio health reviews; own measurable outcomes and governance.
• Lead, coach and develop product management and UX teams; establish best practices and continuous improvement.
