Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a talent hunter to lead full-cycle recruiting across frontline, technical, operational, and leadership roles in a fast-growing, intelligent infrastructure environment. You will independently manage searches from intake to verbal offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers to align requirements and timelines.

Ideal candidates demonstrate advanced Boolean search, proactive sourcing, and strong communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across frontline, professional, and leadership roles.
• Advanced Boolean search proficiency and direct sourcing expertise.
• Proven ability to build pipelines with limited tools and infrastructure.
• Strong outreach, relationship building, and closing skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders; confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage requisitions from intake through verbal offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, candidates, priorities, and timelines.
• Build and execute targeted recruiting strategies for diverse roles.
• Screen candidates for technical capability, experience, motivation, compensation, and fit.
• Present qualified slates with assessments and recommendations; drive interview momentum.
• Support offer development, negotiation, and closing; maintain candidate experience.
