Job summary

Yahoo’s Central Technology Strategy & Operations team seeks a high-impact leader to translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps. You will drive OKRs, optimize planning cadences, and implement AI-powered reporting pipelines that synthesize data for executives.

You will partner with CTO and senior leaders to align platform outcomes with business value, manage budgets, and champion productivity across the org. A player-coach approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to guide strategic decisions with senior leaders.
• Track record of translating strategy into actionable plans and governance.
• Experience architecting executive-facing dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi-year priorities into roadmaps with clear OKRs/KPIs.
• Own planning rhythms (annual/quarterly) and executive reviews.
• Lead AI-driven workflows to consolidate data and narratives.
• Model data, provide structured analyses, and offer recommendations.
• Create board-ready materials and executive briefings.
