• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring goals and shape strategies across engineering, manufacturing, operations and beyond.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, business and leadership roles as REGENT grows.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and relationship-building with exceptional candidates.
• Lead candidates through every stage of the hiring process with clear communication and a strong candidate experience.
• Use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve search strategies.
• Continuously improve hiring practices by experimenting with new tools and refining processes.
